Samarian Sunset
2 ounces blanco tequila, preferably an additive free tequila
1/2 ounce Campari
3/4 ounce lime juice, preferably Barsmith
1/2 ounce orange juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup, preferably Barsmith
1 maraschino cherry, for garnish
Pour the Campari into a rocks glass and add a large ice cube. Add tequila, lime juice, orange juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake and carefully strain over the center of the large ice cube in the rocks glass so that the drink floats over the Campari. Place the cherry in the divet and serve.
